Achal Raghavan is a strategy and business excellence consultant based at Bangalore, India. His areas of focus are global growth strategies, operational excellence, talent management and business ethics.
Raghavan teaches MBA and executive MBA courses as adjunct faculty at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore; as visiting faculty at Indian Institute of Management, Indore; and guest faculty at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He also contributes articles to business publications and management journals.
Raghavan brings with him over 35 years of work experience in engineering and automotive industries. He has served in Board-level positions for 10 years in Delphi Automotive Systems, India and Ingersoll-Rand (India) Limited. He has travelled to over 30 countries on business.
Raghavan has a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IITM) and a PGDM (MBA) from IIMA.
