Achal Raghavan is a strategy and business excellence consultant based at Bangalore, India. His areas of focus are business growth strategies, operational excellence, talent management and business ethics.
Raghavan also teaches MBA and executive MBA courses as as visiting faculty at Indian Institute of Management, Indore; adjunct faculty at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore; and guest faculty at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Raghavan brings with him over 36 years of work experience in engineering and automotive industries. He has served in Board-level positions for 10 years in Delphi Automotive Systems, India and Ingersoll-Rand (India) Limited. He has travelled to over 30 countries on business.
Raghavan has a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IITM) and a PGDM (MBA) from IIMA.
